Dead Space PS5

EA is offering a great way to catch up on much of its 2023 games catalogue — outside of the sports titles — by way of a new EA Play trial that grants you one month of access for just 79p / $0.99. Open to brand-new members and returning subscribers, the offer will be live until this Friday, and grants you 30 days of access to everything the service offers. That includes recent additions Dead Space and Wild Hearts, and you can claim it now on the PS Store.

The only big hitter out of EA you won't be able to play is Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, which should hit EA Play in around six months. Besides that, though, you can check out All EA Play Games on PS5, PS4 through the link.

In our Dead Space PS5 review, we awarded the survival horror remake an 8/10 and shared praise for its faithful nature, new story arcs and areas, and incredible atmosphere. "With the fantastic base experience still very much intact, EA Motive has expanded on it with new content, expanded areas, and more mechanics to help deliver on the vision the game's original creators had 15 years ago."

We were just as positive about Wild Hearts in our Wild Hearts PS5 review, which we called a "thrilling alternative to Monster Hunter" and again landed on an 8/10 rating. With praise for its combat, monster design, and multiplayer experience, we concluded: "Wild Hearts is, at times, an utterly thrilling game. It's a game that will leave you kicking yourself for a poorly timed dodge or a missed opportunity, and jumping out of your chair when you finally topple a troublesome foe with a last-ditch, go-for-broke attack."
